Shipping & Delivery
The Rural Store aims to dispatch goods quickly and efficiently following your order. Images are shown for illustration purposes only and packaging may vary due to changes made by our suppliers. We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in The Rural Store web site are in supply, and that you get what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will notify you and ask how you wish to proceed - you will have the option to wait until the products are available from stock or you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full for it. We always hope to dispatch your order to you within 2 business days, unless parts are to be ordered from our suppliers. We can only ship to a UK mainland address and Northern Ireland. We aim to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping Cost is free on all orders over the value of £75.00. Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at
http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Always keep your invoice or dispatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. You have the right to cancel any order placed within thirty days of placing the order or within thirty days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you choose to cancel your order and you have received the goods we ask that the goods be returned to us in their original packaging and original condition. We ask that the buyer arrange and pay return delivery. Returned goods will be credited in full, if the goods have been returned because they are faulty then the return P&P will also be credited in full. To cancel your order or/and arrange a return simply contact us via the contact details at the bottom of this page or click on the 'orders and returns' tab at the bottom of the Rural Store home page and enter your order ID, surname and e-mail address or post code and follow the prompts.

Ordering
To purchase products from us just add them to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout, if you are a new customer you can either purchase as a guest or create an account with us and log in, if you are an existing customer you can either purchase as a guest or use your account log in details. You then must follow the prompts to confirm your order and make payment. Once payment has been received in full we will dispatch your order to you. You have the right to cancel any order placed within seven days of placing the order or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you choose to cancel your order and you have received the goods we ask that the goods be returned to us in their original packaging and original condition. We ask that the buyer arrange and pay return delivery. Returned goods will be credited in full, if the goods have been returned because they are faulty then the return P&P will also be credited in full. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices for products are quoted on our website. In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the order if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds. The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable). Payment for all products may be made by following the instructions on the website. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which have already been placed.

Viewing Orders
If you have registered an account with us just click onto the 'my account' tab at the top of the page. Enter your registered customer details and click onto the 'view orders' section on the left hand side of the page.

Updating Account Information
To update your account information just click onto the 'my account' tab at the top of the page. Once you have entered your registered customer details you can then alter your contact information, billing & shipping addresses, change your password and view orders.
